Documentation your adjuster takes seriously

Date-stamped photos of every hail strike, wind crease, and soft spot — organized the way insurance adjusters expect to see them.

We meet your adjuster on the roof

When your insurance company sends an adjuster, we’re there on the roof with them, pointing at the same damage you already have photos of.

You pay only your deductible. Period.

In Texas it’s illegal for a roofer to “waive” or “cover” your deductible (HB 2102). Anyone offering that is breaking the law with your name on the paperwork. We don’t.

How it works

  1. 1

    Free inspection & photo report

We inspect and document the damage first, so you know whether a claim is even worth filing before you call your insurer.

  2. 2

    You file, we support

You file the claim with your insurance company. We supply the documentation and meet the adjuster on-site.

  3. 3

    Approved scope, quality build

Once your claim is approved, we build to the approved scope — GAF materials, 10-year workmanship warranty.

What Fort Worth homeowners say

After the April hail, three storm chasers knocked on my door in one week. Blue Norther was the only company that showed me actual photos of MY roof and told me what was and wasn’t damage. The adjuster approved the claim on the first visit.
Dana R., Keller
They never once promised to “take care of the deductible” like the door knockers did. Straight shooters. Roof was done in a day and a half.
Marcus T., North Richland Hills
The photo report they gave me was 40+ pages. My insurance company didn’t argue with a single line item.
Priya S., Fort Worth

Straight answers

Should I file an insurance claim before or after an inspection?

After. If the damage doesn’t justify a claim, filing one anyway can count against your claims history. We inspect and document first — free — so you can decide with the facts in hand.

Can you pay or waive my deductible?

No — and in Texas nobody legally can. HB 2102 makes waiving, rebating, or absorbing a deductible a criminal offense for both the contractor and, potentially, the homeowner. A roofer offering it is telling you how they do business.

Will you negotiate with my insurance company for me?

Texas law doesn’t allow a roofing contractor to act as your claims negotiator or public adjuster, and we don’t pretend otherwise. What we do: document everything thoroughly and meet your adjuster on the roof so the damage speaks for itself.

How long after a storm can I still claim?

Most Texas policies allow claims within one year of the storm date, but sooner is always better — damage compounds and dates get harder to prove. If you’re not sure which storm hit you, we can usually match damage to a specific hail date.

What if my claim is denied?

You’ll still have our full photo report and a written repair quote, and you owe us nothing for the inspection. Many homeowners use the documentation to request a re-inspection.
