An itemized quote, not a mystery number
Decking, underlayment, shingles, flashing, ventilation, labor, haul-off — line by line. You’ll know exactly what you’re paying for and can compare us fairly against any other bid.
Repair-first honesty
If your roof has years left in it, we’ll tell you — and quote the repair instead. About a third of our replacement inspections end with us recommending something cheaper.
Built to outlast the warranty
GAF-certified installation, manufacturer warranties up to 50 years on materials, and our own 10-year workmanship warranty on the install — in writing.

What Fort Worth homeowners say
“Three bids. Blue Norther’s was the only one broken out line by line, and the only company that didn’t call me every day after. Picked them, roof done in two days, yard spotless.”
“They told me my roof had 5+ years left and quoted a $900 repair instead of the $18k replacement another company pushed. When it IS time, they’ve earned the job.”
“Financing was straightforward, the crew showed up when they said, and the foreman walked the roof with me at the end.”

Straight answers
How much does a roof replacement cost in Fort Worth?
Most single-family asphalt replacements we do land between $9,000 and $22,000 depending on size, pitch, decking condition, and material grade. Your written estimate is itemized, so you see exactly where the number comes from.
How long does a replacement take?
Most homes: 1–2 days on the roof, plus material delivery beforehand. We confirm the schedule in writing and don’t start until materials are on-site.
Do you offer financing?
Yes — monthly payment plans through third-party lenders, with quick pre-qualification that doesn’t affect your credit score. Ask for payment options with your estimate.
What warranty do I actually get?
Two separate ones, both in writing: the manufacturer’s material warranty (up to 50 years on GAF architectural shingles) and our 10-year workmanship warranty covering the installation itself.
Will you pressure me to sign on the spot?
No. The estimate is free and it’s yours. “Sign-today” discounts are a pressure tactic, not a price — we don’t use them.
