Stop the damage first
Water spreads fast — through decking, insulation, and drywall. Our first visit is about stopping it: professional tarping and emergency sealing, same day whenever humanly possible.
A straight ETA, not a runaround
When you call, you talk to a roofer who tells you when we can actually be there. If we can’t make it today, we say so — and tell you exactly what to do in the meantime.
Emergency fix now, real repair after
Once the leak is controlled, you get photos of what we found and a written quote for the permanent repair. No pressure to decide anything while water is coming in.
How it works
- 1
Call the emergency line
Day or night. Tell us where the water is coming in — we’ll tell you what to move and where to put the bucket while we’re en route.
- 2
Same-day tarp & seal
We stop active leaking with commercial-grade tarping and sealing, and photograph the damage while we’re up there.
- 3
Written repair plan
You get the photos and an itemized quote for the permanent fix — repair only what needs repairing.
What Fort Worth homeowners say
“Ceiling started dripping during Sunday dinner. They picked up on the second ring and had a tarp on by 8pm. I didn’t know that was even possible on a weekend.”
“Called four “24/7” roofers. Blue Norther was the only one where an actual human answered. There by lunch.”
“They tarped it, showed me the photos, and the permanent repair quote was less than I feared. No upsell to a whole new roof.”

Straight answers
How fast can you actually get here?
For active leaks inside our service area we aim for same-day, and calls before 2pm almost always get same-day tarping. When we can’t make it same-day, we tell you on the phone — not after you’ve waited.
What should I do while I wait?
Move what’s under the leak, put a container under the drip, and poke a small hole in any bulging ceiling paint to let the water through in one place (it prevents a bigger collapse). Stay off the roof.
What does emergency tarping cost?
We quote the tarp cost on the phone before we roll — flat, based on roof size and pitch. If we do the permanent repair, the tarp cost is credited toward it.
Can you fix the leak permanently the same day?
Often, yes — if the fix is one of the common ones (blown-off shingles, pipe boots, flashing) and we have the materials on the truck, we stop the leak AND do the permanent repair in one visit. Bigger damage gets tarped first, fixed within days.
